Malwarebytes Can T Turn On Malware Protection. Hi I’m using the premium version and the version is 3312183 Realtime protection turned off by itself and won’t turn on It shows “starting” but can‘t finish the process I have scanned my computer for rootkits with Malwarebytes Antirootkit and it didn’t find anything.
This allowed me to turn on ransomware protection I reboot the computer to see if it would hold but it did not After rebooting Malwarebytes real time protection was turned off as was Windows Defenders I added Malwarebytes directory as well as the main program to Windows Defenders exclusion list This seems to have fixed the problem.
